The alarm code for household oxygen concentrators is required by regulations. Low oxygen concentration alarms occur when the machine is not working properly. When the oxygen concentration is below 50%, an alarm will occur. E3 alarms are divided into machine working environment reasons and hardware reasons. Let's first talk about the first reason for the working environment.

1. Users who have not tightened the atomization screw or opened the atomization port, usually those who have not read the manual carefully, or those who are curious about the air outlet.

2. There are obstacles around the heat dissipation port, and the compressor of the oxygen generator will emit a large amount of hot air during operation. Different brands of oxygen generators have different internal structures, and the way of heat dissipation port will also be different. The heat dissipation ports designed by the company have models on the back, side, and bottom for heat dissipation. There should be no objects blocking the area 1 meter around the heat dissipation port, and the bottom heat dissipation model should not be placed on the carpet.

3. The filter screen has not been replaced for a long time. It is recommended to replace and clean the filter screen after 300 hours of use. Some customers, who are not familiar with this situation and have worked for hundreds or even thousands of hours without replacing it, remove the filter felt and filter screen for testing.
